How do I receive verification codes?
Open the Concierge on coresync.life, start a booking, enter your phone number, check the SMS consent box, and click “Send Code”. You will receive a one-time verification SMS. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the CoreSync app, go to Profile, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data.
How do I manage my payment methods?
Go to the Wallet tab in the app. You can add, remove, and set default payment methods.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from the Bookings tab and tap "Cancel Booking".
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details.
