1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoreSync website at coresync.life, the CoreSync mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoreSync Private provides a digital companion for private spa experiences, including:

  • Session booking and management through our website Concierge and mobile app.
  • Room environment control (scenes, scent, IoT devices).
  • Ordering physical products (drinks, flowers, food, gifts).
  • Digital wallet for payments.
  • AI-powered concierge assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account or complete a booking through our website Concierge or mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

6. Payments and Wallet

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but may be used for any service or product available through the app.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Orders and Products

Products ordered through the app (drinks, flowers, food, gifts) are physical goods delivered during your spa session. All orders are final once confirmed. Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. AI Concierge

The AI Concierge provides recommendations and assistance. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by CoreSync Private. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSync Private shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoreSync Private operates.

SMS Communications

Coresync Inc. may send transactional SMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including one-time verification codes and booking-related notifications. We do not send marketing SMS through this program.

You consent to receive these messages when you enter your phone number, check the SMS consent box in our Concierge booking flow, and click “Send Code” on our website.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
